THE ROSTRUM

Privacy

Effective July 25, 2026

Short version: we collect what you type into our application form, we use it to talk with you about the founding pilot, and we delete it if you ask. We don't sell it, and we don't run advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

What we collect

We do not ask for, and you should not send, student records, financial information, or government identifiers.

How we use it

To respond to your application, send the pilot overview and draft agreement, arrange a conversation, and administer the pilot if your program joins. That's the whole list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send unrelated marketing.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of service providers, and only as processors on our behalf:

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while your program is a prospective or active pilot participant. If you tell us you're not interested, or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our database and confirm when it's done.

Student performers

No student names are published unless the director explicitly opts a roster into public display and confirms the required consents were obtained. Rosters are private by default. Any individual student may have their name suppressed at any time, on request from the student or their director, without explanation.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll respond within a few days — there is no form to fill out and no retention argument waiting for you.

Recordings

Recordings submitted during the pilot remain the property of the participating institution and its performers and composers. We hold only a revocable permission to host them, and we remove them on request. See Rights & Removal.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and notify pilot participants by email rather than quietly editing the page.
